How YouTopia Laser & Beauty Clinic collects, uses and protects your information.

Last updated: 26 August 2026

Who we are

YouTopia Laser & Beauty Clinic ("we", "us") is the data controller for information collected through this website. We are an independently owned beauty and laser clinic based at Unit 11, Clonoe Village Business Park, 98 Washingbay Road, Dungannon BT71 4PU.

For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights below, contact us at YouTopiaClonoe@Gmail.com or call +44 7731 375066.

What we collect and why

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you complete an enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the treatment you are interested in and any message you write.

We use this solely to respond to your enquiry, answer questions and arrange a consultation or appointment. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting. You may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email instead, we hold that correspondence for the same purpose.

Who processes your enquiry

Enquiry forms on this website are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which passes your submission to our email inbox. Formspree acts as a processor on our behalf and stores submissions on its servers, which may be outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. See the Formspree privacy policy.

Your enquiry is delivered to our business email account, provided by Google. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting treatment relationship, after which it is deleted. Client treatment and consultation records held in clinic are covered separately by our in-clinic record-keeping and are retained as required for insurance and safety purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site, so we can improve it. Analytics measures pages viewed, approximate location (town or city level), device type and actions such as sending an enquiry or tapping WhatsApp.

Analytics cookies are switched off by default. Nothing analytics-related loads until you press Accept on our cookie banner. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent. Advertising and personalisation signals remain denied at all times — we do not run advertising on this site.

You can change your choice at any time using the link, which reopens the banner. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings. See Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details above and we will respond as soon as possible.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Our website links to our Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile pages. Those platforms have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a revised date.

We use cookies to understand how visitors use our site. Analytics only runs if you accept. See our Privacy & Cookies policy.
